Breakfast Casserole

  • 7 Martin’s eggs
  • 1 lb. meat, bacon, sausage, or ham
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 6 slices bread

Brown the meat. Drain, cool and break into bite-sized pieces. Tear bread into bite-sized pieces. Beat eggs and milk. Stir in meat and remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9″ x 13″ x 2″ pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 55 minutes. Enjoy!
