Plant & Production Positions
Our plant workers play a vital role in washing, grading, packaging, and preparing our egg products for customers across the region. These positions are hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for individuals who take pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities May Include
- Operating production and packaging equipment
- Inspecting and grading eggs
- Packing and preparing orders
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following food-safety and quality-control procedures

Professional Driver Positions
Our drivers represent Martin’s Eggs on the road, delivering fresh products safely and on time to customers across the Mid-Atlantic region. We take pride in offering steady work, respectful treatment, and routes that support a healthy work–life balance.
Duties Include
- Safely operating straight trucks or tractor-trailers
- Delivering and picking up orders according to schedule
- Handling product and paperwork accurately
- Communicating professionally with customers
Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL (A or B, depending on route)
- Safe driving record
- Ability to lift and move products as needed
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
